Fair and Breezy, Moderate Risk of Rip Currents Monday

Fair weather conditions will prevail under variably cloudy skies today with only a slight chance of brief showers. Daytime high temperatures will reach the mid to upper 80s while winds remain from the east-southeast at 10-15 miles per hour.

Seas to six feet with east to southeast winds between 10-20 knots (12-23 miles per hour) are forecast.

There is a moderate risk of rip currents for beaches along the northwest coast of St. Thomas, and most of the beaches on St. Croix. There is also a high risk of rip currents for Botany Bay on St. Thomas, and Cramer’s Park on St. Croix.
