Info Meeting Set for Proposed Wireless Support Structure on STJ, Amendment to STX Zoning

St. John Virtual Informational Meeting via Microsoft Teams Set for 10 a.m., Friday, Aug. 11

Liberty Mobile USVI Inc. submitted an application for a wireless facility and wireless support structure at Plot No. 6-4-1 Estate Carolina, Coral Bay Quarter, and in accordance with the Wireless Facility and Wireless Support Structure Rules and Regulations, Title 29, Chapter 5, Subchapter 312 (b), an informational meeting will be held.

All persons are invited to attend the informational meeting and provide comments or testimony on the proposal.

Virtual informational meeting log-in information will be provided upon registering, by sending an email to leia.laplace@dpnr.vi.go with the subject line “Temporary tower-Carolina, STJ virtual hearing registration.”  File is also available electronically by sending a request to leia.laplace@dpnr.vi.gov, with a subject line: “Temporary tower-Carolina, STJ electronic file request.”

Application ZAC-23-7: Steve and/or Young Baker, Salt River Equity LLC DBA Sericore VI Member Managers requesting the rezoning of Plot No. 9A and Parcel No. 10 Estate Grange, Company Quarter, St. Croix from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density).  The purpose of the request is to allow mixed-use development.
