It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the passing of our beloved husband and father, Trevor Buntley Walwyn, of Estate Work & Rest on Nov. 15.

Mr. Walwyn is survived and mourned by his wife, Claudette Walwyn; daughters: Andrea Walwyn, Dr. Odaelys Walwyn-Pollard and Odessa Walwyn; son, Kerris “Kris” Augustus; daughter-in-law, Dr. Nadyah Janine John; son-in-law, Teyvon Pollard; grandchildren: Orngel Erskine, Crystal Erskine, Shade Walwyn, Shané Walwyn, Jahmari Augustus, Jahniyah Augustus and A’mir Mason; brothers: Pastor Eric Spencer Walwyn, Inell Walwyn, Clinton Walwyn and Vernon Walters-Walwyn; sister, Valerie “Baby” Walwyn-Leader; and sisters-in-law: Ruth Williams, Naomi Julien, Ingrid Gilbert, Cheryleann Pemberton, Ivy Walwyn, Helen Walwyn and Sylvia Griffin.

He is also survived by brothers-in-law: Ernest Stanley, Linkon Maynard, Antonio Maynard and Harold Maynard; special nephews: Eugene Walwyn, Ken Leader and Dr. Celvin “CG” Walwyn; special nieces: Ester Walwyn (niece-in-law) and Sheryl “Silma” Crossley; special friends: Ronald Davis, Midian “Pops” Saddler, Pastor Eric Francis and members of the Beeston Hill Wesleyan Church; nieces and nephews: over 300 nieces, nephews and great nieces worldwide; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

A viewing will be held at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 8, at Beeston Hill Wesleyan Holiness Church, St. Croix. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
