“November is Military Family Month” The Office of Veterans Affairs along with VCOS (Veterans Connect Outreach Services) has announced the activities for the month of November. This group is made up agencies that deliver services to veterans and their families in the Virgin Islands. Agencies such as the Department of Labor veteran representative, Housing Finance Authority, Survivors Outreach Services, UVI-CELL, COAST, American Legion, Veterans Affairs and other agencies make up the VCOS partnership.
