Ronald Allinton Rogers of Estate Peter’s Rest died on May 14, at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 31 years old.
He is survived by hiswife, Tiffany S. Rogers; son, Israel A.D. Rogers; daughter, Genesis J. Rogers; mother, Dawn C. Whyte-Rey, (adopted parents – Sharon and Sam Kherat); father, Allinton A. Rogers; stepfather, Roy C. Rey (Pops); stepmother, Deborah Rogers; grandparents: Violet Rogers, Ashton Storrod and Peter Dewhurst and Elsie Blanc (deceased); mother-in-law, Janice Benjamin; father-in-law, Stafford Matthew; sister-in-law, Sharifah Matthew; brothers-in-law: Akeem and Sharif Matthew; sisters: Violet, Alicia, Latoya, Andrea, Adisha and Jerlize Rogers, Sheriise, Shermaine, Tesha, Radiance, Shenelle and Ronytia Rey; and brothers: Lincoln, Antonio, Allinton, Jake and Issac Rogers, Michael, Germain and Brian Rey, Jethi Pagan.
He is also survived by adopted brothers: Jelani Edwards and Malick Drigo; nieces: Jeniyah Nicholas, A’Naii Gonzalez, Na’Jerah Hazelwood, Janearah Rogers and Pauline Hanes; nephews: Jerall Nicholas, A’Jadii Soldiew, Najani Hazelwood, Allinton Rogers Jr. and Nahji Allahar; aunts: Sharon Kherat, Brenda Lewis, Sandra Rogers and Patricia Hewlett; uncles: Reginald and Peter Merchant, Asgarilli Rogers, Sam Kherat, Cyril and Brian Dewhurst;cousins: Ryan Isaac, Claude Roberts, Ian Lewis, Bryan & Brenisha Merchant, Walid Kherat, De’Anne and Wesley Hewlett, Chevron and Samantha Prentice, Amanda and family, Jacobs and Rogers families; godparents: Geraldine Colins, Arleen Miller, Dandridge Henry and Garett Lynch; special thanks to: Hon. Judge Darryl D. Donohue, Hon. Judge Julio A. Brady, Marshal McNamara, Marshal Wong, and the Marshal Division of the Superior Court and the entire Superior Court family. Words cannot express your gracious and loving support during our time of mourning. Everyone went above and beyond to help, and we sincerely appreciate all of your efforts.

Hendrickson Jr., Joel Letang, Omar Henry, Yusef Francis, Don Laurencin, Arthur Burton, Jonathan Letang, Stephanie Stevens, Tabitha Pennyfeather, Yusef “Muslim” Mohammed, Tariq Shabbazz, Digby Stridiron, Meral Williams, Dale and Sharon Scope, Cathy and Timothy Daniel, Brian Gardine, Isaac Gonzalez, the Nicholas family and David Allahar; as well as other friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 28, at the Speak the Word Ministries Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery, Veterans Section.
