Michael, a native of St.Lucia, is a black male ,brown eyes, dark complexion with a bald head. He is 5’9” in height and about 165 lbs.
According to family members, Michael suffers from a medical condition and was last seen by a family member around 2 p.m. April 8, going east on Queen Mary Highway, near Mount Pleasant.
He was wearing a red and white stripped shirt, black long pants, black hat and , carrying a black hand bag.
