Garten was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Saturday. Police said he was operating a vehicle on the Nicholas Friday Drive and was stopped at a traffic check point. Officers said they noticed signs of intoxication.

Warrell was arrested about 8 p.m. Sunday. Police said he was involved in an auto accident on the Weymouth Highway while under the influence of alcohol. Warrell was also charged with negligent driving.

O’Neal was arrested about 9 p.m. Friday. Police said O’Neal was involved in an auto accident on Kumar Road while under the influence of alcohol. He was also also charged with negligent driving and driving without a license.

The suspects were given the option to post bail or be remanded to jail pending their advice of rights hearings.
