VIPD Consumer Services to Close

Virgin Islands Police Department

Due to Governor Albert Bryan Jr.’s Stay at Home Order and the Virgin Islands Police Department’s efforts in preventing the spread of COVID-19 in the territory, Central Records Bureau offices, Firearms Bureau offices and fingerprinting services territorywide will be closed until further notice, effective Monday, Aug. 17.

Requests for police/traffic reports and background checks can be submitted via email at:

Please note that the processing of requests may be delayed due to the Stay at Home Order. Should there be any questions, contact the Central Records Bureau at 340-774-2211 (STT), 340-693-8880 (STJ) or 340-778-2211 (STX).
