Police are asking the community’s help in locating 68-year-old Joseph Michael Ryan, who has been missing since Sept. 19.
According to V.I. police, Ryan relocated back to St. Croix on Sept. 18 from Dorchester, Massachusetts. His daughter, and family members reported to VIPD that they have not heard from their father since Sept. 19.
Police said Ryan weighs about 180 pounds, but did not list his height. He has long locks and his beard is knee length, according to the VIPD. Police urged anyone who comes in contact with him to call the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-778-2200, or the anonymous tip service, Crime Stoppers USVI, at 1-800-222-8477.
