V.I. Insurance Guaranty Association Makes Public Statement on Real Legacy Assurance Claims

Lieutenant Governor of the United States Virgin includes the Division of Banking, Insurance and Financial Regulation

The Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Association (VIIGA) informs the public it is actively working on claims received from Real Legacy Assurance claimants. This is because of the insolvency of Real Legacy, and is in accordance with the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Association Act, Virgin Islands Code, Title 22, Chapter 10.

Tyrone Seijo has been retained by the Association to adjust Real Legacy claims. He will be in contact with claimants using the contact information provided on claim forms submitted to the Lieutenant Governor/Commissioner of Insurance’s Office and the Division of Banking, Insurance and Financial Regulation. Should the property require an inspection, Seijo will schedule a time with you.
