Kathleen M. Knight died peacefully at the age of 96 on Jan. 31.
She is survived by her brother, “Son” Henry D. “Dropo” Knight Sr.; children: James “Jp” Hill, Shawn, Nichelle and Marisa Canegata; grandchildren: Shalyssa “Shelly” Parrilla, James and George Hill, and Nico and James “Jay” Canegata; and in-laws: Virginia and Isabel Knight, Carolyn Hill and M. Macho Parrilla.
She is also survived by nieces/ nephews: Tyree Knight, Sharon D. “Sheri” Hill, Patricia E. “Patsy” Knight, Eleanor E. Knight-Moorehead, Cleone I. “Ivy” Knight, Vicky E. Knight-Magras, Kathleen M. “Kathy” Knight, Marcia A. Knight, Sharon Thompson, Celeste Knight-Lang, Faye Knight-Whitely, Rochelle Knight, Anita Knight, Roberto E. Martinez, Henry D. ‘Lasiba’ Knight Jr., James L. Knight III, Andre L. Petersen, George Knight Sr., Michael Knight, Garet Knight and Randall Knight.

A viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Friedensthal Moravian Church. Interment will be at Christiansted Cemetery.
