Woman Robbed in Fredensburg

A woman who lives in Old Fredensburg told police Friday night that she had been robbed at gunpoint.

According to the V.I. Police Department, the woman the woman entered the Ann Marie Schrader Command in Estate La Reine at about 8:26 p.m. Friday and reported that she had been robbed in the vicinity of Fredensburg.

The woman told police she was walking when a man, unknown to her, approached her told her that he had a gun and demanded money. The victim gave the suspect $500 in cash and he left the area on foot.

The victim described the suspect as being a tall black man, wearing all black. Officers and detectives are continuing their investigations into the incident.
