WSVI TV Addressing Technical Issues Beyond Its Control

Viewers who watch WSVI-TV Channel 8 on Innovative Cable TV on St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John since Thursday night, Aug. 22, are apparently experiencing no sound when watching Channel 8. WSVI-TV viewers who watch Channel 8 on “rabbit ears” over the air have both sound and picture. The Cable TV company has been notified and its technicians are working on the problem.
WSVI TV reminds the public that it is working to address technical difficulties that are beyond its control. In the meantime, viewers may use a digital converter and antenna to watch Channel 8 until these problems are resolved. There are many sources of information on this set up on the Internet including: http://www.ehow.com/how_5763800_use-ears-receive-digital-tv.html
