The phones at the V.I. Department of Education’s Main Complex on Kongen’s Gade, St. Thomas are still out, but the public is now able to contact those offices by calling the following numbers and having the telephone operator transfer the call to the telephone operator at the Main Complex (extension 8000), according to a press release issued Friday by the DOE.
