Inocencio Ortiz Dies at 75

Inocencio Ortiz, also known as "Mon’s The Barber" age 75, of Prince Street died on Sunday, May 15, at his residence. He was 75 years old.
He is survived by his spouse, Herminia Ortiz; daughters: Mini Isabel James and Milagros Sealey; sons: Incencio Jr., Fernando, Osmond, Ramon and Marvin Ortiz; grandchildren: Angelica Ashley, Fernando Amadeus, Tia, Mark, Michele, Maritza, Malachi, Monica and Mahlik; daughters-in-law: Susan, Angelica, Amy and Liriola Ortiz; sons-in-law: Ivan James and Camile Sealey Jr.; sisters: Carmen, Juanita, Amparo and Bienvenida; and brothers: Andre, Eleno, Abrahan and Jesus.
He is also survived by nieces: Grace Figueroa, Betty Castillo, Zaida Torres, Lilly, Lizzette, Sonia, Sofia, Minerva, Daly, Linda, Marie, Clarrissa, Maribel and Gabriela; nephews: Miguel Cruz, Domingo Encarnacion Jr., Freddy Cruz, Ruben Cruz Jr., Angelo, Hector, Raphel, Alturo, Andres, Andres Jr.; special companion: Maria de los Santos (Chacha); special friends: Raphael, Juana Polanco, Junie King, Ricky, Orlando Ramirez; and cousins and other relative too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 10 am. followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 23, at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Christiansted. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery, Veterans Section.
