Labor Informs Public of Extension in Employer Rate Notices

The V.I. Department of Labor notifies the public that the issuance of Employer Rate notices for tax year 2010 will be delayed until March 31. Therefore, the due date for the filing of Employers’ Quarterly Wage and Contribution Reports is extended to May 15, according to a press release from Commissioner of Labor Albert Bryan Jr. This extension will allow employers an additional 30 days within which they can file their quarterly reports.
