Conrad Ezekiel Pont of Estate Tutu died on Sunday, Jan. 24, at his residence. He was 73 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Lydia Pont; sons: Joseph Pont, Conrad Pont Jr., Alson Pont, Keithley Pont and Valdo Pont; daughters: Icilma Pont, Irma Pont and Princess Prescott; mother-in-law, Gladys ‘Tita Baby’ Kelly; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers: Raymond Pont and Leroy Pont; sisters: Henrietta Pont, Selina Pont, Ismay Pont and Isa Pont; daughter-in-law, Brenderly Pont; special friends: Carmen White and Marva Ramirez; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 5, at Wesley Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Western Cemetery No. 2.
