The following is the schedule for French Heritage Week.
Thursday, July 9: Reception of the honorary French Consul at the Emerald Beach Hotel
6-8 p.m. with a short program
Free hors d’ oeuvres and a cash bar

Friday, July 10 : Evening – Captain’s meeting at Hull Bay and Pre-Bastille Day Dance
7 p.m. : Registration for the Kingfish Tournament
8 p.m. to 1 a.m.: Pre-Bastille Day Dance at the Frenchtown Community Center presented by the St. Thomas Fishermen’s Association. Music by the Cool Session Brass.
Fundraising is for the STFA; tickets are $10.
Saturday, July 11:
Registration for the Kingfish Tournament will continue at Hull Bay Hideaway from noon to 7 p.m.; at Bryan’s Electric during regular business hours; at Neptune Fishing during regular business hours.
Sunday, July 12: Annual Bastille Day Kingfish Tournament : Fun Day at Hull Bay
5:30 a.m. : Lines in the water
Noon : Weigh in
Noon to 2 p.m. : Free bar for the Anglers
Noon to 5 p.m. : Dancing by Cool Session Brass
5-10 p.m. : Dancing by Spectrum Band
8 p.m. : Awards Ceremony
Monday, July 13: Governor’s Reception
6 p.m. at Catherineberg’s Residence
Tuesday, July 14: Bastille Day celebration in Frenchtown with the Frenchtown Civic Organization
6 p.m. until… : Short program followed by live music
