Sibilly School Hosts Edline Parent Trainings

April 17, 2009 – Parents of students attending the Joseph Sibilly Elementary School are advised of scheduled trainings to introduce and activate Edline accounts, according to a press release from the Department of Education. Edline is a new school Web site that will disseminate information on the school’s on-going activities and provide parents with individual student progress and class assignments.
“The trainings have been scheduled for Saturdays, April 18 and 25, at the main campus. There will be three sessions on each day to accommodate the numbers and the busy schedules of our parents,” Principal Lois Hassell-Habtes said.
The sessions will be held as follows:
9-10 a.m. for Grades 5-6
10-11 a.m. for Grades 3-4
11 a.m. to noon for Grades K-2
Flyers with sign-up information have been disseminated with students. Parents are asked to have them submitted to the school office immediately.
For more information, contact Judith Donadelle at 777-1894 between 8-10 a.m. or via e-mail to jdonadelle@sttj.k12.vi
