As a volunteer at Clear Blue Sky Clubhouse, I cannot begin to tell you about this wonderful organization. What Arlene Monaghan, the founder of Clear Blue Sky, Inc., is doing for the Mentally Ill is the first for the Islands. Ms. Monaghan has a vision and she needs the involvement of our Health Professionals, our Government Officials, and the General Public. I commend her for her work and passion. One correction, the name Clear Blue Sky, Inc. applies only to the Clubhouse here locally. Arlene Monaghan came up with that great name. Thank you, V.I. Source for sharing this important information with the public. Mental Illness awareness here in our community is long overdue.
