Rotary to Celebrate International Literacy Day
The Rotary Club of St. Croix joins with Commissioner Designee St. Clair Williams and VI Housing Parks and Recreation to celebrate International Literacy Day. Parents are invited to bring children to Limpricht Park, Christiansted (next to Community Bank and across from the Pentheny Building) to hear some wonderful stories from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 8.
The commissioner and members of his staff, Rotarians and friends will be reading stories and there will be refreshments and entertainment by Willard John and his Mocko Jumbies.
