The Friends of the V.I. National Park, the John's Folly Learning Institute and the St. John Historical Society present a lecture on "Creating the National Park: A Look at the 1930s thorough 1950s," by Crystal Fortwangler, a doctoral candidate at the University of Michigan. The two-hour presentation will take place at the Legislature Building in Cruz Bay and is free and open to the public.
