Sept. 24, 2002 – The Job Opportunities and Basic Skills Program offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix will be closed on Wednesday, Sept. 25 through Friday, Sept. 27 to allow the staff to attend critical training. The offices will be reopened on Monday, Sept. 30.
