The "St. John All-Island Fancy Dress Christmas Party at Mongoose Junction," will be held from 9 p.m. to midnight Saturday, Dec. 16.
All island residents are invited to attend, but party organizers request, "no children please." Attire is island fancy dress.
A release from co-chairmen, Michael Barry of Sun Dog Cafe and Jim Nelson, owner of Wicker, Wood, and Shells, claims the party to be "a great evening of camraderie, unique to St. John, and a great holiday tradition." Entertainment will be provided by Smalls and the Merry Makers.
