Rural Development | US Virgin Islands (United States Department of Agriculture) will host a broadband workshop. USDA Rural Development’s Rural Utilities programs provide a variety of loans and grants to build and expand broadband networks. Eligible applicants include for-profit and non-profit entities, tribes, municipalities and cooperatives. USDA particularly encourages investments in tribal and economically disadvantaged areas.

Virgin Islands Board of Education (VIBE) will convene a special meeting via video conference. The meeting will be held in VIBE offices. VIBE may go into executive session at any time during the meeting to discuss certain matters as permitted or required by Virgin Islands law.

St. John’s Barefoot Minister Anne Marie Porter invites married couples to celebrate Valentine’s Day by renewing their marriage vows. Over1,300 couples have participated in this free and fun event. No pre- enrollment is necessary.

“Crucian Dialogues” presents a dialogue of education and enlightenment, with Mario Moorhead, the author; Kenrick Vidale, the editor; and Emile Henderson, the moderator. “Crucian Dialogues” is the lesson you didn’t get in school. Interaction is welcome.
