Just ‘DU’ It! Duathlon for Juniors

The Junior Tri VI Committee, a subgroup of the Virgin Islands Triathlon Federation (VITF), will host the Just “DU” It! Duathlon. The entry fee is $5. The run/bike/run event is open to kids of all abilities, ages 5 to 15.  Junior athletes will be divided into four age groups: 5-6yrs, 7-8yrs, 9-11yrs and 12-15yrs. The distances of the first run, the bike leg and the second run will vary depending on the age group.

Helmets and shoes must be worn.  Goody bags and finishers’ ribbons will be given to all participants; there will also be great raffle prizes.  Race-day registration will open at 7 a.m. and close at 7:45 a.m.  All checks should be payable to Virgin Islands Triathlon Federation. Bike rental is available (call ahead).
