The Ricardo Richards Elementary School will hold a Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meeting. The school’s administration and PTA leadership encourages parents, students and interested community members to attend.

Gov. Kenneth Mapp will host a Christmas party. Gifts will be given to children ages 2-10. The Office of the Governor will also provide food and drinks. There will be entertainment, fun events, games, prizes and a special visit from Santa Claus.

Virgin Islands Council on the Arts (VICA) will host a book-signing launch for "Dream A Dream" by Vianca Medina. The book will be for sale and there will be activities. VICA invites the public to meet one of Project Promise’s caterpillars, Vianca Medina, who is now a published author.
