The St. Croix Chamber of Commerce invites members to attend a ribbon cutting for Ivy Moon Salon’s new location. Immediately following the 5:30 p.m. ribbon cutting, there will be a cocktail party next door at balter. Celebrate the holidays over drinks and appetizer specials with fellow members. It is recommended that attendees make reservations if they plan to stay afterwards for dinner.
