We From Upstreet will host another Transfer Centennial Activity. It will be a thought-provoking lecture entitled “The Issue of Status and Citizenship for Virgin Islanders Before and After the Transfer.” ​Gerard Emanuel, educator and historian of St. Croix will give the lecture. Admission is free; however, donations are always accepted. Drinks will be on sale.​
