We From Upstreet will host another Transfer Centennial Activity. It will be a thought-provoking lecture entitled “The Issue of Status and Citizenship for Virgin Islanders Before and After the Transfer.” Gerard Emanuel, educator and historian of St. Croix will give the lecture. Admission is free; however, donations are always accepted. Drinks will be on sale.
