2016 Property Tax bills have been issued to all property owners on record as of Jan. 1, 2016. The 2016 bills will become due on Aug. 1 and will become delinquent if not paid by Sept. 30. Some property owners whose informal appeals have been considered may see new assessments on their 2016 bills.
