Wilfred A. Marcus Sr., also known as "Long Man," of Estate Whim, died on July 31, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital.
He is survived by his spouse, Eulogia Ada Marcus; mother, Jane Farrelly; daughters: Kayra Hicks, Sherelene and Roxanne Marcus; sons: Gregory, Michael, Wilfred III, Paul, Lindell, Kendell and Kevin Marcus; and 21 grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters: Elluise Williams, Darlene Anderson, Lorraine Gauthier and Georia Carlos; brother, Donald Farrelly; daughters-in-law: Jazmin Linares and Jessmarie Marcus; aunts: Maria Engeman, Una and Muriel Marcus; uncle, Axel Engeman; cousins and other relatives: Hellen Anderson, Herman and Hermina Marcus, Bodil and Valario Christian; special friends: Herman Lynch, Miguel Made, Larry Qincas, Julie Benjamin, Crictet and the Gonzalez family; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery/Veterans Section.
