The St. Croix District Office of Special Educational Services will host a three-day retreat for parents and other interested persons from Thursday, Jan. 15 to Saturday, Jan. 17, at the Divi Carina Bay Resort. The retreat will feature workshops and presentations from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day that will help parents understand the special needs of their children and guide them in utilizing the services offered by the Division of Special Services.
