Alberta Richards Reid died on April 1 at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 95 years old. She is survived by her two sons: Skin and Tony; cousins: Clair Brown Roker and Valgrave Richards; friends: Shirley and Ramsey Rishimaharaj, Sylvia Marcus, Linda Morgan and family, Shelly and Victor Peguero, Barbara King and family, Carlos Steel and family, Julian Registe and family, Marjorie Peterson and family, Desmond Ferrol and family, Emanuel Sweeney, Vivian Prince, Merlin and Sam Taylor, Ida Fernandez and family, Macky and Allison Taylor, Theresa and Simon, June Taylor, Monica and Maurice Thomas, Eli Johnson and family, Veronica Swanson and family, Shawn Miller, Christian, Frazier, Rock and the Senior Citizen Richmond Center family; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 15, at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Christainsted. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery. All arrangements are by James Memorial Funeral Home Inc.
