SRMC has executed its disaster recovery plan and is operating under standard downtime procedures. It is committed to providing all patient care services during this time. Unfortunately, access to the patient portal is currently unavailable, and copies of medical records will not be accessible until the system is restored. The medical center apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, according to the press release.

An investigation is currently underway. Federal law enforcement and local agencies have been notified to ensure a thorough response and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
