These are the USVI Premier League (USVIPL) Rules and Regulations and Match Fixtures, which will govern the conduct of the league and contain important information essential for participation:
Matches in both regions will be played at the following neutral venues:
STT-STJ: Ivanna Eudora Kean High School (IEKHS) STX: Bethlehem Soccer Complex (BSC)
To ensure compliance with the regulations, please pay close attention to the following key points:
Player Registration: All clubs must submit the player registration form listing up to 30 eligible players. Each player listed must be registered with the club in Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) Connect, physically sign the aforementioned list and provide a headshot photograph for USVIPL identification cards.
Transfer Window: The designated transfer window is from July 14 through July 21. Clubs must submit a list of authorized individuals (minimum one, maximum three) for player transfers, including their full names and their roles within the organization.
Fees: Member clubs must pay a participation fee of $50, while non-clubs/non-members must pay a guest team participation fee of $250.
Minimum Age: The minimum age for participation in the USVIPL is 16 years old. Please note that this age requirement has changed from the USVISF President’s Cup.
The USVISF will provide all requisite documents that are necessary for participation and compliance by 5 p.m. on Monday, May 6. These forms are to include;
