Valentine Dasent has died.
The viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 11, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery.
Valentine was preceded in death by his mother, Cecelia Brotherson; and father, Hubert Dasent; son, Valentine Dasent Jr.; mother-in-law, Ernestine “Teen” Joseph; and father-in-law, Robert “Shirt” Joseph.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Joseph Dasent; brothers: Kenneth and Everton Dasent; sisters: Claudette and Marva Dasent, and Rita Brotherson; sisters-in-law: Claudette, Jacqueline, Phyllis and Sandy Joseph; brothers-in-law: Rupert Ferrance, Lesroy Dyer and Jashae “Ron” Joseph; special friend, Clifton Dickenson; as well as other family and friends too numerous to mention
Funeral arrangements are by Turnbull’s Funeral Home and Crematory Service.
