Pursuant to Title 31, Chapter 23, Section 236 of the Virgin Islands Code, the Virgin Islands Department
of Property and Procurement on behalf of the Bureau of Corrections is requesting proposals for Consulting Firm for a Merit-Based Application System, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
Proposals will be received by the Department of Property and Procurement, Division of Procurement, via the GVIBUY eProcurement system.
Proposals will be accepted no later than Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time.
