Arnold Malone, 48, is wanted for discharging shots at police officers during a traffic stop in the Altona area on St. Thomas around 2:45 p.m. Friday, according to the V.I. Police Department.
Malone is a Black male, 5’4” tall and approximately 175 pounds. He is considered to be armed and dangerous, the report stated.
