St. Thomas Victims Allegedly Robbed at Gun Point

An alleged robbery at gun point happened on St. Thomas Saturday, the V.I. Police Department reported.

911 Call Center received a call concerning a possible robbery that occurred in the area of Wimmelskaft Gade, according to the police report.

VIPD was dispatched and conducted an inspection of the area. Upon doing so, they made contact with the victims who explained that a Black male forcibly robbed them and pointed a gun at them then fled the area, the police report stated.

This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau. Anyone with any information regarding this crime is urged to contact 911, Criminal Investigation Bureau Detective S. Rhymer at (340)774-2211 ext. 5513 or Crime Stoppers V.I. at 1(800)222-TIPS (8477).
