Due to a ruptured main line near Estate Richmond, St. Croix, WAPA has announced that because of the severity of the damage, crews could not complete the repairs Wednesday night so they will resume Thursday morning.
Communities listed here will experience a water interruption: Estate Richmond, Concordia East, Coble, Calquohoun, Grove Place, Upper Love, VI Corp Land and VING Headquarters.
