On Dec. 24, at 8 a.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center received a call from a concerned citizen reporting several dead dogs on the main road in Estate Sunny Acres. The VIPD Animal Cruelty Investigator discovered five deceased dogs together. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of death.
