Patricia Melissa Pond Dies at 30

Patricia Melissa Pond

Patricia Melissa Pond died on Sunday, March 3, at age 30.

She was preceded in death by her father, Sylvester Pond.

She is survived by her mother, Claudette Cambran-Pond; sister, Sophia Morgan; brother, Craig Cambran; nieces: Daysha Reed, Aliyanna Bochichio, Syaar Bochichio and Geie Morgan; nephews: Meteo Morgan and Brysan Cambran; grandfather, Rene Cambran; aunts: Inez Tullock, Judith Pond, Josephine Austrie, Myrtle Cambran, Eugene Remy and Phyllis Antoine; and uncles: Roy Cambran, Franklin Pond, Cadmond Pond, George Bernard and Densil Tullock.

She is also survived by special sisters: Jennivieve Charles, Qunita Williamson, Carol Bright, Rasheeda Bean and Brenda Henry; special brothers: Andy Bright and Rudy Cherubin; brother-in-law, Thomas Morgan; sister-in-law, Sanny Cambran; godparents: Vernalyn Charles and Tiffany Richardson; and special friends: Mr. and Mrs. Simmonds, Sister Ettienne, Leron Lewis, Bonney Prince, Jean Wallace, Norris Archibald, Rotes Allembert, Mable Lawrence, Carolyn Maynard, Brother Johnie, Addassa Edwards, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Swanston, and Sandy Tuck.

Other survivors include cousins and other relatives: Roy Cambran, Reginald Pond, Carlton Pond, Dean Pond, Cyril S. Moses Jr., Julia Pond, Teresa Pond Moses, Ionie Pond,Marion Pond-Williams, Winston Pond, Noel Pond, Dawn Martin-Bethelmie, Milton Pond, Lucretisha Cambran, Glenroy Cambran, Lenroy, Roy Jr., Jahkquan, Jahiem and Jahleel Cambran, John, Emelda, Lewis, Jackie, Linda and Valda Austrie, Dwight Tavernier, Raquel Hill and Janick Lawrence; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

The viewing will begin at 10 a.m. and the funeral service at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 30, at Kingshill Pentecostal Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.

  1. My condolences to the family and friends, may Jehovah God grant you peace and comfort through this difficult time.
    (Isaiah 41:10) Jesus is our savior and his Father resurrected him and he also will resurrect those who fell asleep in death.
    We can guarantee life after death in Paradise. (John 11:25,26)

    I am sorry for the loss of Patricia. When our enemy death strikes, words are never enough, but know that caring thoughts are with you. May you find comfort in knowing that God has promised to swallow up death forever. ( Isaiah 25:8 ) He also gives us hope for the future.
