Agenda:
The committee will receive testimony on the following:
9 a.m. to noon
The Family Assistance Program, contracts, Meals on Wheels, Queen Louise Home and Herbert Grigg Home for the Aged, Juvenile Justice, Higher Achievement Wisdom and Knowledge (HAWK), Youth Rehabilitation Center (YRC), Medical Assistant Program (MAP), Residential Services, the Sea View Nursing Home, behavioral health care services, grants, other social welfare programs, disabilities and vocational rehabilitation programs, Head Start programs, foster care, the construction of the Aldersville Senior Center, and other issues relevant to the V.I. Department of Human Services.
Noon to 1 p.m. – LUNCH
1-3 p.m.
Committee members will continue receiving testimony from Acting Commissioner Blyden and her team.
3-5 p.m.
There will be a dialogue with local organizations that administer behavioral health programs that impact the community.

Agenda:
The committee will receive testimony on the following bills:

BLOCK I ((a.m. to noon)
1. Bill No. 33-0014 — To amend Section 13 of Act No. 7261 as amended by striking “$7,000,000” and inserting “$10,000,000” and Section 13 of Act No. 7261 as amended by Act No. 8125 is amended by striking “outstanding employer contributions” and inserting “as a direct contribution.”

2. Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands, Department of Property and Procurement on behalf of the Department of Agriculture and Rueben Liburd and Sylvia Liburd. Plot No. 4-LA VI CORP Land, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.072 U.S. acres.
3. Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands, Department of Property and Procurement and Dave Jeffers d/b/a Paradise Trucking Service. Parcel No. 99 b-3 Sub Base, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 4,969 sq. ft or 0.11 U.S. acres of land more or less.
4. Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands, Department of Property and Plot No. 4-G VI CORP Land, prince Quarter, St. Croix Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 3,656 U.S. acres. Procurement on behalf of the Department of Agriculture and Violet Drew and Samuel Tyson.
