V.I. Fire Services Lifts Burn Ban on St. Croix

The Virgin Islands Fire Service (VIFS) advises the general public that the burn ban in effect in the district of St. Croix has been lifted.

Applications for burn permits are now available at the Fire Service’s administrative offices located at 3019 Orange Grove, Christiansted, St. Croix.

The public is reminded that a valid permit is required for all burning.

Residents and businesses may contact the Arson Investigation and Prevention Unit at 773-8050 for additional information.
