Akuojo Jahmarley Jackman Dies at 29

Akuojo Jahmarley Jackman

Akuojo Jahmarley Jackman, also known as “Kuojo,” died on Sept. 6. He was 29 years old.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Waylan Richards and Henrietta Richards; brother, Jermina Jackman; uncle, Lenroy John; and cousin, Simon Ferdinand.

He is survived by his mother, Kizzy Richards; father, James Jackman; son, Akuojo Jackman Jr.; sisters: Sofia Jackman, Kiziely Jackman, Jakasha Jackman, Kibibi Jackman and Jasmine Jackman; brothers: Akiz Jackman Jr. and Adio Jackman; nieces: Zsi Naya Rivera, Jahdeya Castillo, Amaya Jeffrey, Kalani Jackman, Gianna Jackman and K’maya Jeffrey; nephews: Akiz Jackman Jr., Rayden Jackman, Jerson Emmanuel Jr. and Jerome Williams Jr.; and aunts: Marilyn Richards, Altire Richards-Tonge (Antigua), Faye Richards, Gayle Richards (NE) and Lorraine Richards.

He is also survived by uncles: Issac John(Conn.), Withfield Richards, Sam Richards, Charles Richard (St. Thomas) and George Richards (St. Thomas); sisters-in-law: Renika Williams and Guadalupe Rios-Vaudrin; special friends: Earl Charley, Jose Rivera and Joneila Johnson; cousin and other relatives: Isola Micheal, Shaniqua Allick, Shakima Allick, Akela Richards, Nikayla Williams, Novaly Stephens, Mario Graham, Jakeel John, Iasha John, Nateefa Miller, Lateefa Miller, Rita Richards, Annetta Joseph and Delcy Benjamin; as well as other relative and friends too numerous to mention.

The viewing will begin at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 26, at Calvary Baptist Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
