Calvin Fraites of Estate Herman Hill died on Sept. 16. He was 74 years old.
He is survived by his daughters: Uralis Fraites and Sandra Fraites; stepdaughters: Elvina Tonge and Shavonne Tonge Dawson; sons: Calvin Fraites Jr., Steve Fraites, Jervin Fraites, Sheldon Fraites and Kaleem Fraites; stepson: Bob Tonge and Burgantine Tonge; granddaughters: K’Ryan Harrigan and Kayla Fraites; and stepdaughters: Risheema Burke, Kenya Benjamin, Z’onna Charles, A’zaria Francis, Shavonique Dawson and Alanah Dawson.
He is also survived by grandsons: D’Shawn Alleyne, Kerell Harrigan Jr., Nasir Nestor and Kevin Fraites; step-grandsons; Rishaun Burke, Renaldo Serrano, Delani Bejamin, Nyakoojoo Tonge, Khaleed Tonge and Jhaleed Tong; sisters: Gloria Rouse, Rita Weaver, Joslyn Adams and Joan Franks; brothers: Vincent Fraites and Derrick Fraites; daughter-in-law, Kimberly Fraites; son-in-law, Vincent Nestor Jr; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 25, at James Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Private cremation will follow.
