Sylvester M. George died on Aug. 16.
He is survived by his daughter, Sharon A. George; son, Sylvester A. George; grandchildren: Kisha, Jamal, Shakema, Kareem and Anwar Christopher, Sylvester, Spencer, St. Clair Jr., Andrea, Koi, Duane and Rahkeem George; brothers: Delford, Oslee, Oswin and Elwin George; sisters: Barbara and Lola George; nieces: Judy, Veronica, Norine, Latticia and Valencia George, Natasha Letman, Hannah Kuhnert, Elaine, Arleen and Jolaine Greaux; nephews: Jerry, Ronnie, Lester, Renwick, Benson and Joseph George; special cousin, Esther James of St. Thomas, USVI; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The family requests that mourners wear festive colors.
Tributes will begin at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 27, at Ebenezer Methodist Church, No. 195 Richmond. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
