Body Found on St. Croix

A badly decomposed body was found Tuesday morning on the beach near Enfield Green.
According to the V.I. Police Department, a resident of Enfield Green called 911 at 10:33 a.m. Tuesday to report a body being found. Responding officers reported to the rocky beach area of Enfield Green, where the decomposed body was discovered.
The corpse could not be readily identified. Detectives assigned to the case are awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine the identity of the deceased.
