Franz Eldon Delemos, also known as "Mr. D," of Estate Whim died on Friday, May 16, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital & Medical Center. He was 91 years old.
He is survived by his spouse, Valerie Anise Delemos; daughter, Kimberly Anise Delemos Hester; son, Franz Ernest Delemos; grandchildren: Katherine and Audrey Hester; son-in-law, Joseph Tracy Hester; brother, Miles Delemos and wife Georgie; nieces: Lilla D. Canton, Linda D. Peterson, Yvette D. Robinson, Kharmia Powell, Cheryl Krossa, Ivette, Kim and Miguelina "Niomie" Delemos; nephews: Roy, Gary, Steve, Miguel, Keith, Byron and Mark Delemos; special friends: Inez Harris, Mario Richardson, Angel "Macho" Romero, Sonya Renee Shields, Michael Roy Fagaly III and Helena Wells; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Special thanks go to the congregation of the Friedensberg Moravian Church, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, the Millennium 2000 Choir and the staff of Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital & Medical Center.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m.will take place on Tuesday, May 27, at the Friedensberg Moravian Church, Frederiksted. Interment will be at Frederiksted Cemetery.
